# Progress

In Red Chaos, developing and leveling your character is critical gameplay. Players will unlock new game elements such as weapons and equipment, game modes, skins, and other unique rewards as they level up. Here are the basic elements of the player progression system:

**The main elements of the player progression system**

1. **Leveling**:
   * Players start at level 1 and can reach level 50.
   * Leveling up requires accumulating a certain amount of experience (XP) earned in matches.
2. **Experience (XP)**:
   * Experience is earned by participating in matches, completing objectives, kills, teamwork, etc.
   * More XP for winning matches, completing objectives, and high efficiency.
3. **Level-up rewards:**
   * When reaching each new level, the player receives rewards: in-game currency, access to new weapons, equipment, and cosmetic items.
